A further reminder regarding roster duties:
Alexandra Rotary Duty Roster for Formal Tuesday meetings at the Bridge Club
The current roster including an explanation of how it operates follows here:
1. Two persons on Cashier/ Attendance duty. A 5.30pm start would be appreciated.
2. Three people on setup/bar/kitchen hand/clean-up - they would need to be there by 5.30pm and would finish last after cleaning up the last of the glasses/bottles – The bar duty includes setting up a drinks station and being there to clip members vouchers as they take a drink.
3. One person to Introduce Speaker/Thank Speaker
4. One person on 3 Minute Talk
5. One person as Sergeant
